- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
- Personalized or custom-made cards are generally non-returnable unless there is a defect

- If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover return shipping costs
- For returns due to buyer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping

- We will replace the item or issue a full refund promptly
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the replacement item is more expensive, the difference must be paid
